Charity Bay Beach House is located at the tip of Oak Point, Northeast of Caseville by about 2 miles. As the name implies it's located directly on the beach which faces west. Sunsets are a given.
The beach house is located in a neighborhood which isolates it from M-25 / Port Austin Road. This location is quiet as it buffers out road noise.
The water in front of the beach house stays shallow for some time. Knee-deep for a couple hundred feet off the beach and neck deep after a couple of hundred more. Excellent if you have children or just want to float.
Summer time bookings (June/July /August) are weekly only. We book Friday to Friday.
We do offer to book less than full weeks in September and October with a minimum 2 night stay.

Pam MMy daughters and granddaughters and I spent a long Labor Day weekend at Charity Bay Cottage. The pictures don’t do it justice. The cottage was up-to-date and had everything you needed. Can’t wait to go back! D
Ron CEverything was as stated, very clean and well kept.
Marcia HMichigan thumb summer vacation We loved it especially the view from the front yard of the pointe and the sunsets, breathtaking. I don’t think the pictures do this Cottage justice it was way nicer than it shows the bedding was excellent. Clean water and great beaches. Mike was very helpful when there was a minor problem he was right on it and fixed it. thanks for a great summer vacation.
Christine TComfortable cottage with beautiful view My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay for a 3-day weekend in late September. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view of Lake Huron, especially sunsets, was stunning. WiFi signal was strong, which my husband needed for a little bit of business. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
John LGreat place and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were perfect and everything we needed was available. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend it. We hope to be back again and to spend more time there.
Jennifer L.The cabin was clean and comfortable. Mike was very accommodating.
David DudleyOur stay was fantastic! The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We launched our kayaks from the beach in front of the house. It's a very relaxing setting, with a large shade tree in the backyard with an amazing view of the bay. We were minutes from the golf course (mini golf, too) as well as grocery and liquor stores. We swam right out front, and caught many smallmouth bass on the point from the kayaks. We could see the fireworks across the bay on the 4th of July. We stayed for a week and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen or on the grill, the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. My 2 grumpy teenagers were also impressed with the location. Mike was great to deal with and answered all my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend checking out Caseville!
Debi SWe've stay at this wonderfully relaxing cottage a of couple times. The cottage is exactly as described, but better. Very, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, large open living area. Sunporch great if the weather is not cooperating. Will definitely book here again!!
