The Lower Laker cottage has the best beach around, very private, sugar sand, dune grass, nice spot for a fire at night, sunset deck. 3 mi. north of Pentwater right on Lake Michigan. Two bedrooms downstairs, with one king size bed in each, one bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds, nice deck, garage, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, laundry, Must bring own sheets and towels, otherwise, it's all here!
The Badger is right next door, and almost a twin of the Lower Laker, the main difference being no garage, and a full bath downstairs instead of a 1/2 bath. Also the 2 main bedrooms have Queen instead of King beds.
3 miles north of Pentwater on a no outlet road, so very little traffic. About 15 miles to Ludington State Park. Only about 3 miles off the 31 freeway.
This property has been in our family since the '40s, and the big sand dune behind the cottage is yours to explore (good excercise for the kids) Very relaxing! One of the best beaches in the world.
